Q. How do I find out what my User ID and Password is for online account access? A. Your User ID and Password is assigned when you sign up for online account access. If you forgot your User ID and/or Password, please contact your investment advisor. If you do not have a User ID and Password, it's easy to sign up online at www.netxinvestor.com or by clicking the Client Login button from the Avisen home page. NOTE: When signing up online, the Financial Organization Number is 70V. Avisen clients may select from a variety of deposit options available to make deposits into their retail brokerage account. The following options are: 1. Local Deposit at the Branch - Checks made payable to "Pershing" 2. Automated Clearing House (ACH) Funds 3. EasyPay™ 4. Direct Deposit 5. Mobile Check Deposit via the NetXInvestor™ Mobile App using your iPhone® or iPad® I want to deposit a check into my Avisen account Q. Who do I make the check payable to? A. Checks must be made payable to "Pershing" Q. What is my "Financial Organization Number"? A. 70V Q. How do I sign up for online account access? A. Signing up for online is easy, simply go to www.netxinvestor.com, or complete the Online Account Access application and return the completed form to your investment advisor. NOTE: When signing up online, the Financial Organization Number is 70V Q. What is Mobile Check Deposit and how do I utilize this feature? A. Using the NetXInvestor mobile app, Mobile Check deposit allows you to take a photo of an endorsed check with your iPhone or iPad and send the images electronically to Pershing for deposit. Electronic deposits submitted before 3:00 p.m. (ET) on a business day will be processed the same day. Deposits submitted after 3:00 p.m. (ET) or on a non-business day will be processed the following business day. The NetxInvestor mobile app, can be downloaded from the Apple App Store for free. I've lost my checkbook or debit card associated with my brokerage account, who do I call? A. During regular business hours, please call your investment advisor. To report a lost or stolen checkbook and/or debit card during non-business hours, please call Corestone Customer Service at 800-547-7008.
